The greyhound was built around 1720 as a coaching and posting Inn, and is now a Grade II listed building which has been extensively renovated and totally refurbished to an extremely high standard by owner / manager Robert Eggleston. Almost at the centre of England and just a half a mile J20 / M1, the Greyhound is conveniently situated for the A5, M6, A14 and the NEC. Our chefs provide superb cuisine to suit every taste, restaurant diners may select from a comprehensive a' la carte or set menu, also a large selection of meals and bar snacks may be served in the bar or outside in the 18th century courtyard. The Carvery is available Sunday midday until 4pm. The Christina Room is fully equipped for conferences and private functions seating 64 people banqueting style or up to 80 for theatre or receptions. |
